Waarom kan ik niet inloggen?
Er kunnen een aantal redenen zijn waarom u niet kunt inloggen in deze webshop:
- U heeft geen shopaccount. Om in te loggen heeft u een shopaccount nodig, welke is gekoppeld aan uw BBA Pumps klantaccount. Neem voor het aanvragen van een shopaccount contact op met webshop@bbapumps.com of 0031 314 368 436.
- Wachtwoord vergeten. Op het inlogscherm staat een link 'Forgot Password'. Wanneer u op deze link klikt, kunt u uw e-mailadres invullen en ontvangt u een mail waarmee u uw wachtwoord kunt resetten.
- E-mailadres vergeten. Weet u niet meer welk e-mailadres u gebruikt om in te loggen? Geen probleem! Neem contact op met webshop@bbapumps.com of 0031 314 368 436.

Moet ik elke keer mijn e-mail en wachtwoord invullen?
Nee, naast de login button kunt u een vinkje plaatsen bij Remember me. Wanneer de Remember me checkbox is aangevinkt, hoeft u bij een volgend bezoek geen gegevens meer in te voeren.

Waarom moet mijn wachtwoord zo moeilijk zijn?

- dates, like "29062018"
- repeats, like "aaaaaaaa", "1111111", etc.
- sequences, like "abcdefgh", "0123456789", "6789012345", etc.
- keyboard patterns, like "qwertyuiop", "asdfghjkl", etc.
- inverted words, for example, "drwossap" can be inverted to "password"
- L33T (Leet) - replacing alphabet letters with numbers or symbols, like P@$$w0rd, @dmin, etc.
